Oh Deer Is snuggled within tall pine trees with several outdoor seating areas. Sit outside on the wraparound deck to spot deer or relax in a hammock while you listen to the sounds of birds. Relax on the bench swing while children play on the nearby playset. The chalet-style cabin is homey, cozy, and beautiful.

After a long day hiking or at the lake, relax in the hot tub and look at the stars in the sky or gather around the firepit for s’mores and conversations late into the night.

Located in a wonderful subdivision and is easy to get to. It is walkable to shops, restaurants, grocery store, breweries, coffee shop, and family-friendly activities.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do NOT permit:

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties!

Must be 23 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.

Furniture and decors are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
