The newly renovated and upgraded Whiskey Sunrise Cabin will take your breath away. This secluded, private luxury cabin sits on a hill of over two (2) acres of the beautiful pine and hardwood timber of the Ouachita National Forest. Whiskey Sunrise is located less than two miles from all of the restaurants, wineries, breweries, and activities that Hochatown has to offer and is within a 10-minute drive to all of the outdoor activities that you could desire, including but not limited to: hiking, trout fishing, zip-lining, kayaking, boating, or fishing on Broken Bow Lake. With three bedrooms and a loft, this cabin is the perfect size for families and/or friends gathering for a memorable vacation or short getaway.

You will notice a harmonious blend of updated, modern amenities with a rustic, authentic mountain cabin aesthetic – from the old reclaimed barn wood widows to the aroma of natural pine. Upon entering the front door, you will be greeted by a massive stone fireplace, tall vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, expansive windows, and a large antler chandelier hanging over the main living area. Whether reading or relaxing on the two large couches, utilizing the bar area beside the stairway or watching your favorite show or game on the Smart TV, all of these features join together in creating spaces of welcome and retreat in all corners of the cabin.

The Kitchen
The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. With granite countertops and brand new appliances, you will love the memories created in this kitchen. Additional appliances include a toaster, a regular coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, a waffle maker, and a crockpot.  There are plenty of spaces to eat and gather – from the kitchen table, which seats six comfortably, and the island, which seats an additional three, to the bar table which seats a couple more.

The Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are located downstairs and the third bedroom is located upstairs. The king bedroom has a bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and shower. The second king room also has its own full bath. Upstairs is a bedroom with three (3) twin over queen bunkbeds and a full private bath. Luxury mattresses and linens are provided for the ultimate guest comfort for all of the rooms. The king bedroom and upstairs bedroom come equipped with smart TVs. Additionally, the loft also has a Smart TV that comes equipped with a Playstation 4 gaming system. 

Outdoors
On the back porch, you can relax on the comfortable furnishings, grill your favorite meal on the gas grill, or sit and unwind in the large hot tub. In the yard, there is a large campfire area surrounded by Adirondack chairs, as well as a horseshoe pit and cornhole game area to keep you well-entertained with a backdrop of miles of pine and oak timber around you.

Boat Slip

The cabin is located an approximately 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

Max of 2 dogs under 50 lbs allowed. Must select "pets" when checking out and pay the pet fee. Please choose # of pets in checkout. If you book through Airbnb and Vrbo and arrive with 2 pets, the first pet fee of $100 will be collected at booking and that amount is presented in the nightly rate. The second pet fee of $100 will be collected through the resolution center or our API-integrated processing system. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the cabin, and you must clean up after your pet on outside walks.

Maximum Occupancy: 15 (adults, children 2+)  Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. 

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back stairs cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind                    No Fireworks Permitted       

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and upload a valid ID to complete the booking process.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
